Discovery group life Complaint

Hi I am so tired of Discovery group life. I sent in a request for my IRP5. I have been dealing with Devanya Dhunoo, from the complaints department. She provided me with the incorrect IRP5. I emailed her for the correct IRP5,which she has still not provided. I have sent emails to follow up but no response. I called the support center. A consultant advised she was in a meeting and knows about my IRP5 and will call back. Till this day no feedback. This is so frustrating as SARS is requesting the IRP5 and sent me a final warning for this. Discovery needs to take this seriously.
