Discovery Global Education Protector Plan Claim still not finalized

Dear Sirs,

I submitted the Discovery Global Education Protector forms and attaching documents and sent them on the 16th January 2020. I telephoned Discovery on 20th January 2020 and I spoke to a consultant who told me that the claim will now take 5 days for Discovery to liaise with me and finalise the claim and to date I am still awaiting their telephone call. Today (4 February 2020) I still have not received a telephone call from Discovery. I then decided to call Discovery and spoke to Lerato and it seems she did not know how to do her job because I had to guide her on how to search for the paper trail that I did submit the forms. Before the end of the conversation she told me that she had no access on her system that can show on whether my claim has been done or not and that in turn she will escalate the matter to a Manager. It seems we are playing a cat and mouse game here whereby I am sent from pillar to post and not given concrete answers. This is such disgusting service and I never expected Discovery to be so unprofessional in processing my claim for my daughter's education. At the end I am left to think that this is just a money making scheme that when the time to claim comes Discovery treats it clients like ****. I am left to wonder on whether this policy will ever be paid or we were just conned by the biggest ******** ever of Discovery. I am actually horrified at the negative reviews that I have read on Hellopeter regarding this particular claim that Discovery actually does not want to pay the amount which is stated on their policy when it comes to the schooling fees. I actually expect an Educated human being to call me and give me feedback and actually finalize this claim with no bull**** business stressing me out.
