Discovery Financial Advisors are non-existant

More than a week ago I requested to be contacted by Discovery financial advisor so I can adjust my policy. Every time there is a new issue and I not contacted or have to wait for a call back. For example Gerda Myburgh was suppose to contact me and it still has not happened. Get me someone senior and professional to contact and arrange an appointment ASAP. The way it looks is that you don’t mind loosing clients.
