Discovery doesn’t see us as human…

Discovery life is sending me to a mental hospital, my worry is discovery health will have to pay but I’m starting to mistrust anything Discovery Adrian Gore linked. I’m now in September and I have been trying to get discovery to pay for my son’s fees. An education benefit that my late husband had been paying for. I have even had to leave this claim process because of the stress that it has been causing and pay for my kid to stay at school. Every time they request some documents which we provided , some more than once. I have mailed and called and each time I am promised a call back and on the occasion that you get a call back there is nothing tangible. I‘m now again super stressed because it’s September I have to pay re-registrations for current child and registration for second and buy uniform for him, stationery etc.

I have had incredible support from Tammy from the brokerage but even she probably is at her wits end with discovery. I don’t know what else I need to do. I am already going through a rabbit whole thinking about having this struggle for two kids next year, if it taking this much for one child it truly is going to take a mental breakdown next year. The thought of it nje messes up my day….
