Discovery doesnt care guys just want your money!!

I have never seen a person with a more pathetic attitude in all my years especially a manager. Discovery has not collected my Will in 11 months then goes on to blame ex employees who left their employment 3 months ago. They do not apologise for their poor service which is the least they can do. They take your payments though without providing your service. No empathy No care No understanding No interest in their clients wellbeing No attention to detail ... telling us 11 months later a will is a legal document. I will never recommend Discovery to anyone. They also refuse to share manager details with me
