Discovery has the audacity to increase my life cover premium without consulting me first and discussing the reasons for increasing and let alone that this is a difficult time for a lot people financially. Long term insurers have this monopoly that allows them to hold customers at ransom because you've paid premiums for so long and cancelling would be money wasted over the years because they dont refund premiums if you no longer want to be insured by them. Regulators needs to look into this urgently. Discovery doesn't care about you.
