Discovery Chat Bot - Terrible

Please could you fix your chat bot, the user journey is terrible. It never answers any of my questions and just provides me with a whole bunch of FAQ's to reach. There are much smarter AI tools that can provide answers and PLEASE allow for an option to speak to an agent (easy to see and access) when the BOT obviously cant assist. Whoever assistned you with this journey is not great and you need a new service provider.
