Discovery Broker Saniel Naidoo

I am here as a very disappointed community member who was minding their own business when Saniel Naidoo envaded my private space and insisted that he has my best interest at heart and I asked for only quotes and nothing else. I then had Discovery Life invade into my accounts with deductions that I cannot dispute with my bank. I have been trying to get my money back and have my policy cancelled in the last 2 months with no success. One of my properties has no tenants in them this month which makes my budget tight and the City of Johannesburg has just notified me that they will be shutting down my water and electricity in the next 14 days as they realized they have been undercharging my account for the past 3 years. Saniel Naidoo initially used to laugh at me during phone calls and now blatantly does not pick up my phone calls nor reply to my emails. I find it unfair that as a professional who works very bad hours, I now have to run around fixing the errors of a very sly and sticky broker who thinks that the money of others grows on trees. No one will refund me for my phone calls nor for the penalties incurred to deduct money from secured accounts to fix errors that Saniel has put me in. Please be aware of the greed of brokers out there. If anyone is able to assist I will be very appreciative and make sure that I don't tread on the minefield that is discovery again.
