Discovery bank *********** retirement fund department

Morning I would like to share my disappointment in discovery retirement fund department,this is one *********** department I have ever experienced.i withdrawal my pension fund in August 2022 received an email from kgothatso komane 02 September 2022 @10:43am showing that the pension fund is been processed.Forward a few months later to 30 November at 12:42,the consultant I spoke with says discovery haven't received any forms regarding the withdrawal of my pension fund from dischem.call dischem they told me they sent it in August 2022,now I am confused cause I received the email from kgothatso komane (discovery administrator) regarding the withdrawal of the pension fund 02 September 2022.Called again discovery on 22 December 2022 at 10:09 to see if they have received the withdrawal forms from dischem and the consultant said yes,they received it on the 01 December 2022 and it's being processed.called today 18 January 2023 at 09:07 and the lady I spoke with says discovery received the withdrawal forms from dischem on 22 December 2022.its on 5 months trying to get my pension fund, discovery group has the worst pension fund department.my claim no:***6
