Discovery are full off tricks to ***** people

Hi im very disappointed in discovery life as i dont receive any notification or communication from them so i sent msgs the other day tp check on the policy and got a reply yesterday saying that my policy is in areas but no one told me this i had to find out for myself its not fair now they are insisting that i must pay the areas because the policy is in lapes mode.
