Discovery advisors - once the commission is earned, the client means nothing

I have been a loyal customer with Discovery for the past few years. I added to my portfolio in 2015 and have been paying every month like a good citizen. I've been receiving the normal automated responses from this giant business just to make sure that I feel that they care. I have a direct contact with Discovery, handling my profile, but it seems that he is way to busy for my business. In the past few years I've made contact maybe 3 or 4 times to ask for small things... end of October, I decided that it was time for a change. I have been promoted at work and my work added life cover, so I felt that I could spend / invest my money wiser with this company. I e-mailed Rashad on 31/10/2018 with my whole story, updated pension figures etc. No reply... By 9/11/2018 I mailed him again, asking if he is still my advisor, seeing that he might have left cause I don't hear from him. He responded on 10/11/2018 saying that he will call me soon. On 12/11/2018 he called me at 8:50, just as I was about to go into a meeting, so I asked that he please phone me back after 14:00. No further contact. Wednesday, I receive a "happy birthday" message from his e-mail - obviously automated... as he has clearly forgot about me... So this morning I mailed him again and asked him to cancel all my policies as clearly he is not interested to assist me. Magically he can reply within minutes. Now I also work with customers every single day and I don't think I am being silly for expecting some feedback from my PERSONAL advisor.. yet it has been 3 weeks and he has attempted to call me once. Is there someone at Discovery that is still interested in me? Or should I go through the whole drama of moving to Momentum / Liberty and redo all the silly urine tests??? Lets see if you deem my business credible and worthy of your mighty company
