Discovery a ****

Greetings . Im not too sure if you are running a **** or what . Some year ago l took a life cover with your company ...been having the cover since 2020. Some time in november my policy was canceled for none payment. Was told to pay the diffrence so it could be in force ...l did that been paying since that time. To my suprise they sent an email stating that my policy was canceled and therefore l must get my refund of premiums that l have been paying (5437 rand). I started the proces of claiming the refund ...initially l used my business account they responded and said they cant pay a 3rd party ...now l sent my personal account . Theu responded and said they dont have any information pertaining to my life cover. Since then no comms from them . I tried calling my broker and sending her wastsup texts ..no response from her. My problem is simple for all this time since November l thought that my policy was active . Eventhough they required me to update KYC document was adviced to keep paying so l keep my policy active. Im already fed up with discovery want nothing to do with them ..i want all my money these people are a ****. Pay my money want nothing to do with Discovery . I wonder how many peole are faced qith a similar situation and suffer the same ..what if rhis was a death situation how was my family going to feel?
