Discover the truth about Discovery service provision
When I thought of discovery I thought of fair and to precision type of organisation. But with what I have experienced and what im reading here I'm becoming fearful if I made the right decision, if they are ethical enough to take care of my cover for my children in my absence.
The level of acceptance of mediocre service 😕 is so disappointing, to think i have been moving my matters to them from medical aid, now life cover and RA to be followed by bank.
Im nit so sure anymore
Let me pause it here and get their feedback on my matter.
Your PR team is good but your level of fairness and honesty leaves a lot to be desired
