Absolutely disgusted with Discovery Life. After being with them for 9 years and paying religiously they have now decided to decline my claim. It obviously is possible to direct it to the ombudsman but I am really sick and tired with the way they send you from pillar to post just to decline. I would never recommend them to anyone. It is overpriced and too many loopholes. Momentum has given me far better premiums for double the payouts on life. Good riddance. I have spend enough money on a product that doesn't work.
