Discounted Premium
On Wednesday 7th August I sent an email to Discovery Group Life. To date, I am yet to receive a reply. Herewith the contents of that email that requires a simple answer,
''I have been medically boarded since 2016 as a consequence of Parkinson’s Disease. Currently my former employer still deducts a monthly premium of R235.55 from my monthly ICB benefit. This is inconsistent with current premium of R196.30 indicated on Group Life Plan. I concluded that some time ago between being medically boarded in 2016 and now, I must have qualified for reduction in premium as a result of my illness. In effect the discrepancy of R39.25 dates back some time ago. In order to query discrepancy with my employer I need a printout as to ascertain when reduced Group Life premium of R196.30 came into effect, since I no longer receive a formal pay slip from employer
To substantiate the above, kindly provide printout requested.''
The client services from Discovery Group Life is rather shameful!
