Disappointment is an understatement

<p>About 2 years ago I logged a claim for the first time with them as I discovered that I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis after undergoing 8 back operations and being in constant pain , not being able to work after being told that I will never recover due to permanent nerve damage , not only did discovery decline my claim but took 2 years to get back to me and had poor communication during the entire experience, I now have to sell my house and whatever else we own to cover the medical expenses as my husbands income alone cannot support or cover the cost of me getting a care taker to look after me and sustain our life style. They never not once had to ask for my payment nor did I default on it. But said instead over the telephone that my claim has been declined. All the stress and up and down to doctors and costs I had to pay out of my own pocket to supply them with medical information they requested . They still declined my claim , I'm left permantley disabled and will never be able to work another day in my life nor can I bath myself without assistance yet my claim was decline! How pathetic can one company be. My disgust over the entire experience brings me to tears not only have I lost my ability to be normal but also my chance to relieve some of the financial pressure I've caused my family and my four innocent children's lives have been turned upside down. By not one but a few individuals who have the companies well being instead of the clients they profess to put first. </p>
