Disappointing funeral policy! Can even recommend it to anyone
I have been with Discovery Funeral for more than 10 years, hence I cannot leave them even with the bad service I am receiving. Last year I received an email that my policy was cancelled with no reason, after losts of emails it was reinstated, I never knew " being reinstated" I am almost a new member. Because when I called them regarding my cash back which I was supposed to receive in February, I was then told my anniversary with them is in September. I am now sitting in my car crying, I am supposed to replace my daughter's hockey kit. Now I am that mom who is full of stories.

02 Mar 2023, 11:59Same Phakama Administration Services, when I complained last year that my policy was canceled with out my knowledge they referred me straight to Discovery. I received an email from Phakama saying my cash back is in September 2023, when and how was it changed.
