Disappointing Experience with Discovery Life Cover

I have been a loyal customer, paying my Discovery Life premiums for years, only to find that when I truly needed the benefits I was promised, they found loopholes to avoid honoring their commitments. Despite having a Capital Benefit whilst on sick leave, Discovery has made the claims process unnecessarily lengthy and complicated, leaving me without the support I expected.

It's disheartening to see a company with such a strong reputation behave in this way. After reading through many reviews, it’s clear that my experience isn’t unique. Their Trust Index and NPS ratings are shockingly low, which speaks volumes about their service. I urge anyone considering Discovery’s products to think twice before signing up. There are far better providers out there who truly stand by their promises and care about their customers.
