Disappointing Discovery

I’ve received the worst service ever from Discovery Life. My Payback integrator was due to be paid to me at the end of September, but to date nothing has come my way. Towards the end of August , I emailed Discovery to find out when and how much I should be getting for my Payback , and I was told the amount and that it would be at the end of September. September has come and gone and no payment has come my way. I have been calling since last week and since it’s a call Center, have spoken to different people with different explanations as to why I haven’t been paid. This morning I am told that now will be a recalculation of my funds due to me while on Thursday last week , I was told that everything is in order and the money would be paid after 3 days. I feel that I’m being from pillar to pillar with no success. Very upset and disappointed. Gift
