Disability claim from dicscovery life.

In March 2014 I was involved in a car accident which took place in the Democratic Republic of Congo, which almost took my life and was diagnosed with a brachial plexus injury which left me with disabilities. my wife tried the get documents together in order for me to claim from my policy using help of my discovery broker; but he wasn't of any help, they've tried by all the means to show me that I couldn't claim for disability since the accident took place in the DRC and I do not have enough supporting documents from the DRC but I have proof showing that two days after the accident when I flu back to RSA I underwent MRI scan, CT scan, Electro-myographic test, Occupational Therapy surgical operation, all done at Johannesburg Hospital. I currently have a recent MRI scan, Electro-myographic and the doctor's report to prove my disability but they still hanging on small report from the DRC which are almost impossible to get. the bottom line is I've been paying for this policy since 2010 up to now for the following: • for work retrenchment (not the why behind it but just the fact that you don't have a job anymore).

• death (my family gets paid out) . •disability ( which is the case I'm in now) I might not have a portion of the documents needed from the DRC but I have more than enough from South Africa, starting from the physical appearance to documentation and I don't see way they've been and still stretch the process by giving out reason not to pay.
