Delay of Claim payment!!!!

l am reporting on a claim for my late Brother PK SENOO, Policy number *** which we log since January 2015 to Mr. G Mamfunda of AZUSA FINANCIAL SERVICES CC AND GAVE HIM ALL THE DOCUMENTS he requested from us but he refused to submit it to Discovery on time till we start to fight with him and he submitted it but till now nothing has been said to us, l don't know that is is how Discovery Life deal with it clients therefore l request for an investigation into this matter since the decease family is giving me sleepless night from Ghana thinking l have the money with me but refuse to bring it home.
