Delay of claim

I have been getting communications that I must provide Doctors statement, daily activity and staging which I have already send in March 2023 from the assessor whose handling my claim but when I call Discovery Life claims consultants they tell me that the only missing documents required are I.D copy, proof of Bank and declaration of claimant which I have sent an email to *** on Friday 8 March 2024 which I received automated response stating that the claim will be assessed in 2 to 5 days but I haven't received any communication yet and I call in today Friday 15 March 2024 and I was told that the assessor (Candice) says she can't view my documents but the consultants can view them. I requested someone senior or other assessor who can conclude this claim
