deducting even after terminating and no refunds: Worst provider ever

the worst experience i have had. i asked the scheme to terminate my policies with them as i got retrenched instead they continued to deduct and deduct again this month. my accounts are sitting on minus and they even took money from my overdafts. i have called numerous times, sent numerous emails and they still continue to deduct. how am i suppose to survive? feed my kid if they take my last bits? who will pay for the charges on my overdrafts? how am i suppose to pay for essentials?
