Declining valid claims

Discovery life is definitely a poor company, they are ******* to be exact. After I sent them all certified documents requested to process my claim, they sent my message declining my claim for not submitting the back of an ID copy. Just truly grateful to Metropolitan, if it was not for them I would have still not buried my father. There claim process was easy and didn't have to submit any documents, not of this back and forth *******. While other companies do all they can to assist you in your time of need discovery finds ways on not pay out.
