Debits account whenever they feel like!

I told Discovery i would pay through eft and they still debited my account after doing the eft and sending them proof, this has costed me R120 due to a return debit not mention the time and effort i spent contacting them to rectify the issue. I am very upset and their staff should take time to understand the customers needs.
