I receive a call from Lindokuhle said he wants to quote me for a life cover. We did the qoute and it was supposed to start I June. Then request Lindokuhle to terminate the quote as I am no longer interested but which he never did anything. Then discovery debited my account *******. Now that I want refund I told to terminate first but I asked them how can I terminate something I never wanted.
