Daylight ******* with Discovery

My Discovery Life premuim was increased now in February 2024 with 13%, even though I am on Diamond Status. I have been with them since 2010. This has never happened before. It was increased from R2175 to R2500 per month. The increase should have been 9,4 % according to the oficial document i was sent. When questioned today they refuse to accept what is in their own official document. Many emails have been sent by my Discovery agent who has been very helpfull. They refuse to adress this situation. They keep on sending computer generated answers. They do not care about individual client service
