Day light *******

I am very disappointed with discovery insurance combined with Phakama...my cousin took a funeral policy with them hoping that when she passed away she will be buried with dignity and her family can have something as she was the only person working in the family. Last year 2022 she was very sick and hospitalised from June, her sick leaves were finish to the point that she get unpaid.The problem starts and her policy was now behind,she passed away in September while her policy was 2 months which is July and August. Discovery decline the claim saying that the policy was behind for 2 months,we send the proof to them for the review of their decision in October and till now they don't give any answer...please help
