********** Customer Service (Reshika from Discovery)

I am in the process of signing up with Discovery Life - ********** (my advisor is Reshika) been trying to get hold of her for weeks, they are dragging out the process as they seem to claim they need my cardiologist to sign something, I have called Reshika multiple times and she rejects nearly every one of my calls and blatantly ignores me. I mean talk about Customer Service right - she might be busy but it has been weeks, surely within those weeks she had a moment to pick up the phone and call me but no decency yet.
