Discovery deducted two premiums from my account of R3080-21 and R2871-31 which they refuse to pay back for a cancelled policy. They advised me to reverse both premiums with my bank whereby Standard reversed the amount of R2871-31 and referred me back to Discovery life to payback the amount of R3080-21 because they can not reverse it as it is a debicheck debit order. Discovery advised me that they are not able to pay back the money and I must log a complaint which I did. This is unacceptable as the policy were cancelled in March already .
