Credit Department

Ive been having trouble with discovery insure to be precise my life insurance policy. It was unfortunate that i missed my policy debit im not quite sure which month but I had made an arrangement with the consultant that all my areas payments would have been settled in January 2020 on y bonus month, But it seems that instruction was not reached the credit department and now m in areas, we made further arrangements with the same consultant for February onward and again it was, I genuinely getting frustrated with this life insurance credit department cause its like im at fault for this.

If this is how it is going to be let me them please contact me to say i must go to another insurer cause i cant be going through this
