Covid Vaccination service at Discovery 5 Star

Went for my Covid (over 60) today. Dreaded it. 1 Discovery Place. Queued for parking but a delightful person advised me to go and park in Sandton city parking and walk. Great suggestion. Appointment 10:00 to 12:00 - Got there at 09:45. Had my vaccination at 09:58. I have never come across such superb customer service - and I am a Customer Service Consultant (independent consultant). Welcome was fantastic, precision in moving people excellent, the person who gave me my vaccination was brilliant - I am terrified of injections - didn't feel a thing. Overall, the most amazing experience. Please let other people know that it may be better to go straight to Sandton City parking - speeds up the process. Just 5 star.
