Cover not delivering as it supposed to

My husband passed away on the 18 December 2016 and he had a group risk cover with discovery and the cover also had a global education protector which is meant to pay for our children should my husband pass away. I submitted all the necessary documentation to a discovery broker by the name of Ndileka Matshingana on the 3rd of March 2017 and still to this day my children's school fees have not been settled.

I called and emailed to enquire about the issue to no avail, I have had to go and apply for a loan to settle my children's school fees as I'm now a single parent with only one salary for everything else. When my husband was on this death bed he assured me that I will not struggle as my children's school fees will be covered by the global education protector.

Discovery doesn't care about it's clients well being at all I'm struggling but I'm not supposed to because my late husband made sure his children's education will not be affected should he pass away.
