Contract cancelation

I took life insurance with discovery but canceled immediately after receiving my policy documents, because of the vaccine mandate: if not vaccinated you pay more. But it seems no one has attended to my cancelation email that I sent on the 2nd of August because I just received debit order sms reminder. I have cancelled guys, stay far away from my bank.
