Consumer Harassment and Infringement of Consumer Right No.2

The constant Harassment From Discover Life/Insure is starting to negatively effect my work space and deem this to be an infringement on my right as consumer and as a result of Discovery's continues and unsolicited direct marketing after I have asked their Call Centre and on numerous occasions to be removed from the Call List.

Today alone I have received seven (7X) calls from their Call Centre in attempt to introduce me to different Financial Advisors wanting to sell their services. I then spoke to the Financial adviser himself and asked to be removed for once and for all. He then informed me that he can remove me from his list but cannot guarantee that I will be remove from other Financial Advisor's lists as they "Legitimate Buy" contact information of potential Clients and will have to address this with the Company they buy the information from.

I have -in excess of 50 times- asked to be removed from the list and in addition completed a National OPT-OUT and still feel Harassed by Discover. It has gotten to a stage were I have Threatened Discovery with Legal Action and yet their BLATANT disregards for my right is evident in just the number of calls I received today (not even talking about months that this has been going on for)

Discovery- PLEASE STOP HARRASING ME- I AM NOT (now even more that before) INTERESTED IN YOUR PRODUCTS.
