Complaint 😒

I'll like to share my disappointment with discovery life. I've requested for more clarity call backs regarding my application that was declined with an attachment from the hospital which shows I was diagnosed with something hypertension along those lines.

Which I responded to say I've never been on any chronic medication and I've never been told by that doctor on the letter attached to say I have hypertension.

Numerous emails were sent to the consultant that was helping me by the name of Babalwa but no response I've included even the other email but I'm only getting auto response😒.

This matter has been pending for two weeks I'm very disappointed with discovery such a big company is failing to give clarity to the potential client 😒
