Complaining, very bad service

Poor service from discovery and it’s appointment Financial planner/ brokers(Blue Mercury). My new policy is now cancelled because the admin work to switch from OUTsurance was not done proper since I also have cession on my bond with my current policy.

Lack of communication and no updates.

Discovery promised smooth switching from OUTsurance to them, but never happened.
