Commision driven soul less employees. What a disapointment

They never got back to me despite my reaching out to them, asking them to correct my policy documents!! instead, I am getting emails where they are threatening to cancel my policy. Despite even asking for callbacks multiple times because their staff is busy being useless... they just sign you up and forget about you because in the world of a DISCOVERY consultant, you are nothing but a sales figure, you're not an individual with a family, paying their policy on time because you know sensitive things are. You are a commission prop and nothing more but they cannot be bothered to make simple alterations. I am sick of dealing with machines with I need to be catered to on my policy. But if it's an upsell- the damn DISCOVERY SHARKS know where you are, and they can call you all of a sudden.
