I've registered an income protection claim 2 weeks ago. They sent me forms that I need to complete, which is very new to me. I have never completed this forms with any claims previously. Right now I'm trying to download the forms, when I use my id number the file doesn't open, I used my date of birth still doesn't open. I called in n the lady that helped me said she won't be able to assist me she doesn't know how to help me. She will have to check the availability of the accessor first n then they can resend it to me. Can I please get some help cos this is really frustrating and I don't have time to be printing this forms n fill them manual. Can somebody assist n send me the forms I can fill online and it would be easy for me to access .
