Child birth is a health issue according to Discovery!

<p>My wife and I are on the Discovery life policy integrator plan. This means that based on your Vitality status and health expenses, one gets a % of your life cover premiums back after 5 years. 2016 saw the birth of my first child, there was some complications due to the birth and Discovery simply just said its a health issue! Thus they paid out less money due to our health expenses that were higher than usual. Even though we are living an active and healty lifestyle with very little health expenses each year. I have queried this since Nov 2016 and they finaly got back end of Jan 2017, saying that its a health issue. </p> <p> </p> <p>over the past few years the "colours" of Discovery has started to show very clearly...they do not value you as customer...al that they want is your money. Just shows you what kind of ethics are present...</p> <p> </p>
