chasing for refund of premiums

I submitted documents to Discovery Life for a refund in premiums paid last month and to this day I have not heard anything. <br> <br> There is no response from the call centre, I hold on for more that 20mins. I am using get airtime and don't have the time to be holding on forever. Alternatively I have tried using the email address and there has no been no response to numerous emails sent. <br> <br> No acknowledgement to the emails sent and all I am asking for is a response to my emails and I just want my refund of premiums and want the wack policy cancelled. Imagine if I had to wait for a claim and bury a loved one. <br> <br> Unsatisfactory service to say the least. <br>
