Cession Confirmation Letter Delayed

I am trying to get a Cession Letter since the 23rd of June 2022. My broker Simphiwe Skhosana does not respond to emails nor does she phone back after several messages was left for her. She was very quick to take the application but the after service is pathetic. I have spoken to several people in the call center on ***and was constantly told that there is no emails from me, very strange because I get automatic response emails from Discovery that states 24-48hrs for feedback . My cession confirmation letter has been delayed due to the incompetence and very bad service from Discovery. I WILL NOT REFER Discovery Life to anyone.
