Cashback 3months Overdue!

The Discovery brand in general has lost its touch, the company is in shambles and dont even get me started with their Customer Service. Earlier this year I decided to cut my losses with them and cancel the Life Insurance policy. A retention strategy used was that I was due for cash back end of August 2018.. I am still waiting ?. I have chased via telephone and email but just being fobbed off with the same lame excuse each time. Dare you miss one premium, you will be chased like a mouse!
