Can't resolve my issues so they reassign them to another company

Discovery life keeps reassigning my complaints from themselves to Discovery Vitality so that they never get resolved and they are no longer their problem. All this without notification or justification for why they feel this is not their problem.

They just do not care about customer experience. Despite the fact that they assured me the transition from health to life would be seamless.

They continue to underwhelm.
