Cant get in touch with Discovery

I have been trying to get a hold of a particular discovery staff member who promised my parents that if the keep the policy active and make the relevant changes, they will not have to pay any outstanding premiums. From the beginning of June we are still waiting to get confirmation letter from her for the policy. Can someone please assist us.
