Cannot cancel Vitality on Life Policy

I have recently taken out a Discovery Medical Aid (should not of done this was a bad move). I had the simple request to move my Vitality policy to my new Medical Aid through our HR department. I have been trying to do this for over a week and no one can get it right in Discovery total incompetence on their side. I also decided to cancel my life policy which is of no use to me and they cannot get anything right. I have made numerous calls and nothing happens I get this silly automated emails telling me nothing like I am a computer worst move I have made this year so far.
