Cancelling policy

Discovery Life makes it difficult to cancel their products. I sent an email to cancel and was assigned to an agent. The agent asked for a letter confirming, but keeps claiming she is not receiving the attachment. Sent her a shared file link, which she apparently cannot load. My broker is not responding to any of these or other email regarding cancellation.
