Cancellation process

I have been trying to cancel my Discovery Life policy. My signature changed in the last 5-7 years due to a suspected ***** incident. I need to submit a letter. Discovery wants me to sign an old signature 10x and my new signature 10x, in order to be verified and for the policy to be cancelled. I am unable to sign as I previously did. Melanie Naidoo was assisting with this and then it moved to Nigel Ndlovu, I have requested alternatives, but haven't received any response. If this is the case, one can only imagine what the experience would be like at Claims stage, for a large sum, if verification to cancel a policy is so limited ...and nearly impossible.
