CANCELLATION OF DEBIT ORDER......POOR SERVICE

I have sent through a cancellation of the Life Policy in early August, but you are still pushing through the debit order. Please get your administrations department to do their work and cancel this debit order with immediate effect. In the beginning of this month you processed the debit order....causing my account to be overdrawn of which my bank charged me R61 for insufficient funds. If this is going to continue I will take you to small claims court and for all these charges and legal fees.
