Cancelation of cover

1st January I sent an email to move my life cover to a smaller package.<br> Even though this has been done the premium has not changed from the 1st of jan.<br> <br> I then sent various emails asking to cancel my cover. But nothing has happens.<br> <br> Please assist or I will be forced to take legal action.<br> <br> Kind Regards.<br> <br> <br> <br>
